Who uses

Event professionals and organizers sell eScan to their exhibitors and sponsors to facilitate lead retrieval. Event floor staff use eScan to track attendance at the door, per session and at individual activities within the event.

What to love

Scanners come in two versions based on volume of scans required. Both are small enough to fit on a keychain and easy to use. Organizers and planners are able to manage the entire lead retrieval program themselves (or with help from the etouches Event Services team if desired), cost-effectively driving revenue.

How it’s priced

eScan module is an etouches Plus+ product add-on to either the Quad or Pro package. It is available on a per folio basis (lease of one scanner and software to collect, aggregate and report on leads). Pricing is based on the number of scanners required. Scanners are shipped to your location and your staff can

undertake a one-hour web-based training session to get you up and running. etouches can also handle the lead retrieval program for your event through our Event Services team. Pricing includes activation, web-based live training, 24/7 technical support, and access to the client support portal featuring live chat.
